27 Oct 2019 Someone figured out how to activate RCS messaging and it works. For those who don't know what RCS is, it's basically like iMessage for Android. Here is the 9 to Got it working on my Verizon note 10+ Stuck in verifying my phone! I have the Carrier Settings app downloaded from Play Store as well.
